It is suggested that:
In order to dissuade the people of Roudbarak from turning to jobs such as street vending or going idle, and for optimal productivity of human resources and creating job opportunities in Roudbarak, especially in the field of tourism and production of special types of fruits which are marketable and can also be exported abroad, and considering lack of a beautiful spot in Semnan Province (except for Shahmirzad’s chill and some interesting sights of Darband Cave), the capabilities of Roudbarak which are of special priority be capitalized on in various fields of tourism with the aim of attracting interested foreign tourists. As an example, on holidays and weekends, a large number of people by different cars of latest models and motorcyclists come to Roudbarak to sepnd their holiday here. The stampede is so severe that sometimes there is no parking space in the street of the village. These are based on the last year’s statistics, and as the news are circulated by the visitors, the number of visitors is increasing.  The same can take place in winter time in case a ski run and cable car system is established in the exceptionally beautiful forest areas, exquisite prairies as well as the already mentioned historical and natural sights. Moreover, a noticeable amount of hard currency can be gained for the country in case mineral water bottling plants are built; and this can be done in away that the ecosystem of the area is not harmed. Because I believe building residential units can destroy the already existing situation, so building such units must only be limited to the village itself. On the other hand, in the forest, prairies and other sights already mentioned not residential units rather tourism facilities, accommodations and entertainment as listed below and with the aim of achieving already mentioned objectives should be organized:

1. Building ski runs
2. Building a cable car system to connect two points, which will provide a world of beauties for tourism
3. Reproduction of indigenous forest fruits which are of special rare properties and can be exported
4. Building mineral water bottling units
5. Building accommodations near spas which have therapeutic and medicinal properties  
6. Scientific exploitation of mines using advanced machinery and state of the art know-how rather than traditional method in order to avoid destruction of  the area’s ecosystem
7. Establishment of research and development centers for tourism purposes and recording the situation of the area as well as identifying the existing historical sights and scrutinizing their originality against the historical relics both inside and outside the country, benefiting from the living process of people who used to dwell in such areas like here, and diagnosing natural and unnatural destructive factors which cause damage to the area 
8. Holding local and provincial fairs in order to introduce the living conditions of the people inhabiting in the area, their lifestyle, activities, culture and literature and their heritage
